Miguel is a Peruvian-Swiss musician with a long trajectory in church music. At the age of 10, he began serving as a church pianist in Lima, Peru, while also taking part in various projects where he led music arrangement and production. He has produced music albums for children’s ministry and released his first short album, Así es Él, in 2004. Miguel has been active in the Lima music scene, collaborating with musicians such as Ada & Renato, Samuel Arbildo, and Pepe Ortega, among others.

As a pianist, he performs in various settings around Bern, including church worship services, the Latin band Ceviche Mixto, the pop duo MioNeo, and as a soloist at private events. He also serves as the musical director of the LOGO Band in Riggisberg. In addition, he runs a small recording studio in Riggisberg and is currently studying church organ under the tuition of Lee Stalder at Pauluskirche in Bern.

His musical style, shaped by years of improvisation in worship services, leans toward cinematic and atmospheric sounds. He has released a small collection of original religious pieces and is currently working on his first full-length instrumental album.

Beyond music, Miguel is also a passionate pianist and a biologist, working full-time as a Research Associate at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
